Massage therapy
The manual treatment of muscular and fascial tissues helps prevent or alleviate chronic pain and other musculoskeletal discomforts. Its reflex action on the nervous system helps reduce stress and promote psychophysical relaxation.
Therapeutic massage is tax-deductible as a healthcare expense if accompanied by a medical prescription.
My approach
I prefer manual fascial treatment, lymphatic drainage and classic massage techniques, combined with mixed techniques such as cupping , kinesiotaping and vibrational therapy. I also perform holistic treatments that I personally consider valid and effective, such as the Breuss Method for discopathies and Hot Stone massage for relaxation.

BACK AND NECK PAIN
Lumbago and Cervicalgia
Over 50% of the population experiences it, often due to muscle tension and contractures. Massage therapy can relieve pain by warming the area, improving circulation, relaxing the muscles, and reducing inflammation, promoting effective recovery.
HEADACHE
Tension-Type Headache
Often, myotensive headaches, caused by muscle tension, can be resolved or alleviated with specific manual treatment of the affected tissues, usually at the cervical or temporomandibular level or through specific muscle relaxation techniques.
CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME
Compression of the median nerve can cause pain, tingling, numbness, and loss of strength in the hand (thumb, index, middle, and half of the ring finger). Massage therapy can be a valid conservative treatment that in many cases allows you to avoid surgery.
SCARS
After an injury or surgery, it is essential to manually treat the scar to prevent the formation of adhesions in the underlying tissues, which could compromise the functionality of nearby muscles and organs, causing pain or other discomfort.

Massage therapy
it can also be a moment of pure well-being…

Yoga
Yoga is a very ancient discipline, a research that involves the physical body, the mind and the spirit.
It contains many different elements such as philosophy and ethical principles, physical practice (Asana) and more subtle practices (Meditation) , breathing techniques (Pranayama) and relaxation.
My approach
Yoga for me is a continuous exploration: I myself continue to discover new nuances, and I learn to appreciate aspects that in other moments I neglected. I believe that in yoga everyone can find what they are looking for: I share what I learn, I offer different courses to satisfy more needs, and I continue to study to enrich my practice and my offer.
I hold group courses and personalized lessons for individuals and companies

If you are at peace, your baby will be too.
Pilates
Pilates is a functional gymnastics that improves posture and trains the body to perform movements and activities of daily life without pain. Like yoga, it is a discipline that involves both the mind and the body: it requires concentration and attention to breathing, and trains both strength and flexibility.
My approach
I approached Pilates almost by chance, and it was an unexpected surprise. I am fascinated by the solidity of the movements, the precision of the technique and the feeling of well-being that remains after the practice. In my classes I often insert some elements 'stolen' from yoga, to blend the best aspects of these two disciplines, so similar and so different at the same time.
I hold group courses and personalized lessons for individuals and companies.
