Yoga

A dynamic practice that combines movement and breathing, alternating fluid sequences with moments of holding the position. An activity that trains strength and flexibility in the body, while promoting concentration and mental stability. This practice helps improve movement control, body awareness and the ability to stay present, offering physical and mental benefits in a balanced way.

Yin Yoga

A gentle and slow practice, characterized by a few positions held for a long time, always performed softly and at low intensity. It is an experience that unites the body and the mind: on the one hand, it offers a deep stretching that promotes myofascial release and improves flexibility; on the other, it invites a meditative dimension, helping to develop concentration and inner calm. Ideal for relaxing tension, finding balance and cultivating a sense of overall well-being.

Yoga of Sound

A deep relaxation practice, guided by the harmonic vibrations of sound. Lying comfortably on the ground in a position of total relaxation, you are accompanied on an inner journey through meditations and visualizations. All this is surrounded by the melodies and vibrations of evocative instruments such as Tibetan bells, ocean drum, rain stick and rattles. These sounds, rich in harmonic frequencies, promote the release of physical and mental tension, stimulate a sense of deep calm and help to find balance and serenity.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practice that guides the mind and body into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, promoting the release of physical, mental and emotional tension through a series of guided instructions that encourage the systematic relaxation of each part of the body and the conscious exploration of the mind.

 

Pranayama is the art of breath control, a practice that uses specific techniques to regulate the flow of vital energy (prana) in the body, improving breathing capacity, promoting relaxation and concentration, and promoting balance between body and mind.
